Carino's: Chef's Corner

A few weeks ago, I cooked on Good Day Austin (Fox 7) to showcase our "Sweetheart's Month" menu items and our Sweet Chicken Marsala (see 'Recipes' section) - Here are some fun, behind the scenes shots we put together from that morning.  It's amazing how much preparation goes into a 4 minute long television segment!

Our Angel Hair with Artichokes and Shrimp is a great lighter dish with excellent flavors. You can even make it vegetarian by not including the shrimp. Enjoy!

This is a great dish that I learned while working in Italy that I brought back for Carino's guests.

This favorite Carino's dish incorporates some great favors: sauteed shrimp, chicken in a spicy romano cream sauce. Your friends and family will love it.
